hilary grant knitwear + textiles

[photos by What Kirsten Saw for Hilary Grant]

Have you guys seen these knits by Hilary Grant yet? Love love love!!! The colors and patterns are such fun and modern takes on traditional fair isle and seriously who can resist a huge perfectly fluffy pompom. Not me. All the pieces are made in her Scotland workshop with locally sourced yarns. She has a super cute blog as well that is a behind the scenes look at making these totally rad knits. It doesn’t look like her online shop is open yet, but hopefully they offer international shipping because I definitely need one of these!

Holy smokes! Her work is amazing. The colors and patterns are so beautiful. Lauren and I have been planning to make some pom poms and this has really got me thinking about what we could do with some big ones. And speaking of huge pom poms, have you seen this?

While I’ve been preparing for fall and winter (is that what I do all year??) I rediscovered this designer and became obsessed all over again. Her patterns and pieces are so amazing. I want them all.
